Warbler sings the sun up at dawn with long and varied notes of high and low. He wakes up the world with his calls and sets about a day full of nest tending and berry plucking. He is happy, though his job is never done. He always chirps freely to the other birds in the trees.

He awaits the coming dawn.

Warbler is comprised of antique watch parts called balance cocks that are recycled from non-working and disused watches. These particular parts come from watches from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and have had long and useful lives as timepieces. He also has a foot made of a part that holds a stem in place and an old gear which holds him to the chain. The parts themselves have been polished to remove tarnish and then hand reassembled using a lead free silver bearing solder. We do not believe in using glues or resins here at A Mechanical Mind, as we want our pieces to last as long as you own them. Further, each piece is named or numbered as a truly unique piece in the world. Never will our designs be completely the same...you will own a fully one of a kind metal sculpture.

Warbler is about 22mm wide by 17mm tall and comes on a 16" antiqued brass squared cable chain (of links measuring 1.3mm) with lobster clasp. If you require a longer or shorter chain (or we have an antiqued silver cable chain available) just let us know in the comments section of checkout. If you have any other questions or comments, please do contact us using Etsy conversations.
