Ozzie the Ostrichesque Dinorobot

Ozzie is an interesting clockwork creature made from recycled watch parts and a flashlight bulb.

Ozzie has a head made from multiple layered watch plates that have been cut, sandwiched and soldered. His eyes are balance bridges with tiny sapphires.

His tiny arms are made of watch strap springs and wings stems.

His body is composed of a chassis made from four watch plates joined by gears and connected together by strap springs. An antique Elgin watch plate adorns his back, while his front is a balance bridge with tiny sapphire.

His legs are made up of several watch strap springs and are connected to the body by way of large mid 1800's watch gear train wheels. His rump is a xenon flashlight bulb.

All parts are soldered with silver bearing solder, never glued.

Ozzie measures 25mm wide by 40mm front to back, 60mm tall. All sculptures come with a 3" by 4" glass display dome.
