Iron Lark is made with recycled watch parts called balance cocks. His torso is made from a pocket watch long disused and unloved, made in the late 1880's, while his heat antiqued wing is from one about twenty years later. He is attached to his chain using yet another watch gear. His leg is a watch winding stem bent and shaped with a torch. He is soldered together (never glued) using lead free silver bearing solder. He is one of a kind and unique in the world...there will never be another exactly like him.
Iron Lark is 20mm wide by 18mm tall and comes on a 16' antiqued silver plated cable chain of links measuring 1.2mm. Longer or short chains may be made, so just let us know in the notes section at checkout if you need a different size. A silver plated lobster clasp fastens the chain together.
Premium Sterling Silver Round Cable chains are also available at extra cost: 16" [link] 18" [link] 20" [link]
