Factory is made from the parts of very old watches (some from 19th century pocket watches) that have been disused and given or thrown away. Her parts include steel gear train gears, face gears, and antique European balance wheels. Rather than just being glued onto a chain, her parts have been stripped from watch movements, cleaned, and hand arranged into a new lifeform. All of her pieces are soldered on (never glued and resin-ed) using a silver bearing lead free solder which will last indefinitely. She is not a mass produced watch movement, but a new and completely unique in the world piece of unique art, hand designed and assembled by a human being.

Factory is 42mm wide by 24mm high and comes on a 16" antiqued silver plated cable chain with links measuring 1.2mm and connected with a lobster clasp. Longer or shorter chains are available on request, so please note your size preference in the comments section during checkout if you need a different size.

Premium Sterling Silver Round Cable chains are also available at extra cost:

...I would totally wear this. Unfortunately, being stuck with a student budget forces me to make careful choices with every purchase of anyything...College, or baubles...Obviously, the former. *sigh* At least I can admire the wonderful work you put into this. The parts and the way you had them fit together makes it look like they're in motion! It's beautifully stunning!

Very understandable...in the same boat myself. I really appreciate you checking it out and appreciating it for what it is. Means a lot for that alone.
